At Bumper Bears ELC, our approach is based around developing high quality outcomes for all children in our care. Our programs are based on the Early Years Learning Framework and we strive for excellence in relation to the National Quality Standards. We hope to maintain an environment where children, families and educators all feel that they truly belong. Every moment with children is valued a teachable moment, and every child is respected and valued.
We place a strong value on relationships, and our work is centered around creating respectful and responsive relationships with children and their families, as we understand that Educators who are attuned to children’s thoughts and feelings, support the development of a strong sense of wellbeing.
