Our Team

Bumper Bears Early Learning has a team of highly committed and qualified Educators to support your child’s learning journey. Several of our team have worked at the centre for over 14 years, and some who have left to have children, have enrolled their child with us, because they know the quality of care they will receive with us.

Having a long-term team of Educators can be the difference for you and your family. Each day when you arrive, you will see familiar faces, faces you and your children know and trust. These Educators know the systems and processes and follow strict hygiene protocols t ensure your child’s safety is of the utmost importance. They work as a cohesive team to ensure the best outcomes for your child.

We are committed, professional, caring educators, who have a range of experience, knowledge and qualifications. We enjoy spending time watching young children grow and develop while they are in our care. We know as new parents, that it is difficult to leave your child with someone you don’t know, but once you visit the centre and get a feel for our team and our environments, the choice will be much easier.
